With a weekly theme encouraging us to explore not just the body but also the mind, Move & Groove focuses on the internal as well as the external. The memories, the experiences, the emotions and the sensations that we feel. It doesn’t matter what you look like. It is how you feel. This class is designed so participants can gently awaken their muscles, follow movements as well as find their own voice and creative language through dance.
